Multipurpose Room – Wokingham
The client had recently completed a rebuild of their home and wanted the multipurpose space to feel comfortable, relaxed, where the family could gather and chill.
As part of the gold service, at concept stage they were presented with 2 options to progress, either ‘Contemporary Ski Lodge (the family are avid skiers), or (Liquid Metal). They chose ‘Contemporary Ski Lodge’. A full space plan was provided, that was then drawn up into a 3D graphic of the space and this was supplied to the client alongside, what is called a Specification sheet, which is basically a shopping list for all the fabrics, furnishing and textiles. This was delivered within budget and within the agreed timelines. The clients are delighted and now busy making the proposal a reality.

Cloak and Wet Room
This client has a downstairs cloakroom that is also a wet room and my brief was to bring the outdoor in. They wanted to feel as though they were showering in a forest. What they didn’t want is the currently very on trend neutral tones that ‘you see in every show home’.
Following completion of the client questionnaire, I measured up and produced the design concept ‘Bringing the outdoors inside’. While they signed off the concept they wanted more green and less wood, which quickly turned into something actually quite different from the original request. The design that was signed off was green marble tiling with art deco style furniture and I provided the client with a 3D virtual tour of the proposed space.
All signed off and a Bathroom fitting company were commissioned. They project will be finished before Christmas and actual photos will be included when they are available.

Living Room - Wokingham
The client has recently moved into this property and want the living room to be a ‘grown up room’ for them to relax in once the children have gone to bed, and to open out into the garden to entertain family and friends at the weekend.
However, the room must be child safe as well as being a space they can both relax in and entertain.
Their preference is for neutral, cool colour palettes and a wood or Luxury Vinyl Floor, that will eventually run through the whole ground floor. They have a 65 inch TV and the preference is to have a media wall as part of the design.
